MEET THE TEAM

Robin Cargill began in the property management field in 1986 as a Leasing Agent in Killeen, Texas. Since then she has progressed from On-site Manager, Office Manager, Licensed Property Manager, and now Real Estate Broker. During her career, she spent the majority of her employment at John Reider Properties where she was hired in 2001 as the Residential Property Manager. When the opportunity presented itself to separate into her own entity as a Broker and to continue working in her beloved field of Residential Property Management, she jumped at it and formed Central Texas Property Management. Fortunately, her Residential Property Management Team moved with her to the new entity ensuring continuity of procedures, systems, and level of service.

In her “spare” time, she enjoys quilting, and traveling with her husband, two grown sons, their families and her adorable pooch Riley!

David Norman, our Office Manager, is a native Central Texan and has been with the Central Texas Property Management Family for over ten years. He is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and has over a decade of property management experience. David recently completed his Real Estate Education and is now a licensed Realtor. His love for the central Texas area and its people are what drew him into the business and have kept him in it ever since. In his spare time David enjoys spending time with his Daughter Payton Leigh, his wife Rachel, and like any good Texan a weekend of watching Football and rooting on his favorite team The San Francisco 49ers.

David Wilkinson is not only the Maintenance Manager, but the lead maintenance expert for the Central Texas Property Management Family. He is also a native to the central Texas area with over 18 years of maintenance, construction and renovation experience. Known for both his jovial laugh, sense of humor, and caring heart. He is both the heart and hands of the Central Texas Property Management family. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, camping, gun collecting, and rooting for his Dallas Cowboys.

Kehaulani “Kehau” Murphy is the Finance Specialist for the Central Texas Property Management family. Kehau has a strong customer service management background and is in the process of completing her education to become a Licensed Realtor. Kehau has made Central Texas her home for the last ten years with her husband Burke, daughter Krystal and 5 grandsons! In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family and looks forward to visits from her son David who currently lives in Las Vegas.
